Lens has problems reading the Mark Encoder on the Drive Roller.

Corrective Action:

Try the following:
1.
Clean the Mark Encoder on the Drive Roller using the Turn DRIVE ROLLER Utility.

2. Replace the Lens Cover Assembly.
