Problem Description:
Problem finding the Scan-axis encoder reading
Corrective Action:
Try the following:
1. Switch the power off from the back of the printer and disconnect the power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power on the printer.
2. Make sure that the encoder strip is clean. If the encoder strip is dirty, clean it, paying special attention to the area near the Service Station.
3. Clean the encoder sensor.
4. Replace the Encoder Sensor.
